We accept refund or replacement requests under these conditions:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect item sent
- Missing order (not received within 45 days of shipment)
Important:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong color/size) is not eligible for returns.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days and in original condition.
- Most items do not need to be physically returned due to international shipping costs.
How to request a refund or replacement:
- Email thepiggydepot@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Replacements are shipped directly from our supplier.
