How long does it take for my order to arrive?
- Orders are processed within 1–5 business days after payment.
- Shipping times may vary:
Free Shipping: 8–22 business days (limited tracking). - Delivery may be affected by customs, location, or local postal services
What is your return or refund policy?
We accept refund or replacement requests under these conditions:
- Defective or damaged items
- Incorrect item sent
- Missing order (not received within 45 days of shipment)
Important:
- Buyer’s remorse (change of mind, wrong color/size) is not eligible for returns.
- Returns must be requested within 30 days and in original condition.
- Most items do not need to be physically returned due to international shipping costs.
How to request a refund or replacement:
- Email thepiggydepot@gmail.com with your order number and photos/videos of the issue.
- Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
- Replacements are shipped directly from our supplier.
Can I cancel or change my order?
- Orders can only be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase.
- After 24 hours, your order may already be processing and cannot be changed.

- Most are made of durable plastic, while some electric models are sturdier and ideal for older children or adults.
- Not recommended for very young children due to small parts or electronic components.
